Meet Toby! Toby is a big wiggly boy who is always on the look out for new friends. In fact, he is so friendly, that if you leave him alone outside he will take himself on an adventure in search of new friends to make, so his new home should always keep an eye on him while he's playing outside. He has lived with children as young as five years old but would like to meet any kiddos before adoption. He likes chill dogs and has lived with cats.
